Official Rules
These rules summarize the fundraiser terms for the MSC Philadelphia Pool Picks Fundraiser. Participation is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor
Malayalee Sports Club of Philadelphia is the fundraiser sponsor and administrator.
Eligibility
Participants must be eligible under applicable law, at least 18 years old, and able to provide accurate contact information. The club may reject or remove entries that are incomplete, duplicate beyond the stated limit, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.
Entry Deadline
Entries must be submitted and confirmed before the posted deadline. Late, incomplete, or unconfirmed entries may be excluded from standings and awards.
Scoring
Each eligible entry can earn up to 90 points: 10 points per unique correct semifinalist, 30 points for the correct champion, and 20 points for the exact final score prediction.
Awards
Recognition awards are intended for the top 3 unique screen names, subject to eligibility, verification, and these rules. Tie-breakers are best entry score, total score, eligible entry count, earliest eligible entry, then screen name.
Taxes
Participants are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes related to awards. The club may request tax documentation before issuing an award when required.
No Affiliation
This fundraiser is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA, FIFA World Cup, ESPN, Stripe, or any tournament organizer.
Compliance
The club may modify, suspend, or cancel the fundraiser if required for legal, technical, payment-processing, scoring, or administrative reasons. All participation is subject to applicable law and required licensing.
